At Glem Design, we take great pride in crafting custom-made items of the highest quality that are often tailored to your specific needs. However, we understand that occasionally circumstances arise where a return or refund is necessary.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. We provide a refund for up to 80% of the cost of materials used, excluding shipping costs.
If you receive a defective item, we will gladly repair or replace it free of charge. The item must be returned and inspected before a replacement is dispatched. If it is determined that the item was not defective, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
To start a return or refund, please get in touch with us with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning your item and processing your refund or replacement.
Please keep in mind that it may take several business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
